Daily Prayer - September 16, 2024


Father God, we thank You for those leaders in the executive positions of leadership in our community.


We pray now for Town Board and Council members, School Board members, as well as leaders and decision makers on all other boards and committees in our community.


We pray that You would support and uphold them in their respective positions. Give them divine guidance and wisdom to be able to make just and righteous decisions each day for our local community.


Help them as they establish ordinances and regulations, as they make decisions on specific requests or vote on policies and procedures. Help them to be able to establish order and safety while maintaining a culture of growth, grace, freedom and individual initiative.


May they be empowered to support entrepreneurs and business growth that will help the community, while having wisdom to regulate any activity that could be a detriment to the community and citizens.


Raise up the right people for the right positions at the right times, and empower those that need to move on or change positions, to be able to do so with grace and graciousness.


We thank You for the gift of leadership, in Jesus’ Name we pray. Amen
